The Shoal Creek Patrol Station is a new, two-story facility of approximately 22,000 sq.ft. The building is designed for a sloping grade with a walkout on one side. A sally port is provided on the upper level, along with a separate gas house.
The building is designed with concrete foundation walls on spread footings, concrete and composite steel beam main level floor structure, structural steel, bar joists and light gauge framed roof structure and light gauge wall framing with brick veneer.
The spaces within this facility are defined as follows: offices, holding cells, conference rooms, a weight room, kitchen, locker rooms and a community room.
