The Wesley Medical Center Parking Garage which is currently in the restoration process is a $5,000,000 project. In addition to the normal floor and overhead repairs, strengthening of the entire upper level is being performed. The strengthening is a result of inadequate shear reinforcing in the original design.

As the facility services a hospital, there are a number of challenges regarding automobile traffic flow and pedestrian access. Once the structural portion of the restoration is complete, new color schemes, graphics and way-finding will be performed as part of the restoration package.
